Our Installation Process

Our approach to hardscaping is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your specific needs:

1

Consultation

We walk your property, discuss your goals, and assess site conditions including drainage, grade, soil, and access. A small consultation fee applies, refundable when you sign a contract and pay a deposit.
2

Design

For larger projects, we develop a masterplan that guides the installation. For smaller scopes, some elements can be designed in the field by our crew.
3

Installation

Our team handles all earthwork, construction, planting, and finishing. Irrigation work is coordinated with Backflow and Irrigation Solutions LLC.
4

Walkthrough and Care Guidance

When the project is complete, we walk you through the finished space and provide guidance on plant care and watering through the establishment period.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum project size for installation?

Our minimum for installation projects is $5,000. Most full installation projects fall in the $15,000 to $75,000 range depending on scope and materials.

Do I need a design before you can build?

For larger projects, yes — we strongly recommend a design phase before breaking ground. For smaller or more straightforward installations, some elements can be designed in the field by our crew.

Do you handle permits?

Permit requirements depend on the scope and type of work. We’ll discuss what’s needed during your consultation and coordinate the process as part of the project.

Do you warranty your plants?

Yes. We warranty all plants for one year after installation, provided there is a functioning irrigation system installed or evaluated by our irrigation professional.

Can you work with an existing contractor?

Typically, no. We prefer to keep everything in-house to ensure quality and continuity. The exception is specialized trades that fall outside our scope, such as irrigation, which we coordinate through our trusted partner.
